<\/strong>This contract is for the purchase of accommodation services at a hotel operated by the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>2.1. The vendor provides accommodation services at its hotel for a fee.
2.2. The buyer wishes to benefit from the accommodation service for the specified dates and duration.
2.3. Booking accommodation involves the allocation of a specific room and date range. This reservation is subject to the conditions agreed by the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>3.1. The total cost of the accommodation service is determined depending on the type of room chosen by the recipient and the duration of the stay.
3.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the accommodation service.
3.3. Payment can be made in cash when the reservation is confirmed or upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>4.1. The Buyer must give notice if he wishes to cancel the booking.
4.2. In the event of cancellation of the reservation, it is at the discretion of the seller to refund the price paid by the buyer or to postpone it to a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>5.1. The Buyer is subject to certain conditions in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
5.2. For canceled reservations, the refund amount will be deducted from the total amount paid by the buyer.
5.3. Refund requests must be notified in a timely manner. The evaluation of late claims is at the discretion of the seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>6.1. If the buyer wishes to cancel or change his\/her reservation, he\/she must notify the seller in writing.
6.2. The return process may vary depending on the method of payment by the recipient. In cases where the payment was made by credit card, the refund can be made to the same credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>7.1. The Seller does not accept any responsibility for any disruption or problem arising out of force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
7.2. The buyer is fully responsible for his\/her belongings and valuables in the hotel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>8.1 This agreement becomes valid on the date of its signature between the parties.
8.2 Either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice to the other party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
